SYNUA, Armoured Pivot Door
The visually striking villa is characterised by a warm and welcoming atmosphere: the Synua entrance solution in natural stone fits perfectly into the context and is positioned outside the facade.
Located along the Golden Beach in Miami this residence is designed for a family that loves contemporary design and outdoor living. The challenge of this project was to convey a warm atmosphere to the house while creating an alternative and surprising aesthetic.
A magnificent play of water welcomes those who enter and leads to the entrance of the house. Inside the house the social areas integrate imposing double-height volumes, while family areas are introduced by a much smaller staircase that creates a feeling of greater privacy.
The main front which houses the entrance floods the entire living area with light till reaching the rear façade which frames the view over the water and the surrounding landscape. Natural stones in earth tones are used to add warmth and splendor both inside and outside the villa.
