Classical aesthetics interpreted with wood, colors and refined workmanship to enhance the safety door in a wide range of shapes and sizes. It can be realized according to a drawing, with the fitting of armored glass, as a multi-leaf solution, complemented by a side panel or a transom window. Maximum performance in terms of break-in protection, thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, air/water/wind resistance is always guaranteed.

Evolution 3TT

Evolution 3TT is the first safety door with a heat barrier frame for cutting-edge houses, which ensures an extremely high thermal insulation value, high performances in terms of air, water and wind tightness, as well as a radical reduction in the formation of condensation. Available with Standard or Plus heat barrier threshold, it is also suitable to be installed in buildings with CasaClima GOLD energy certificate.

Owner's keys

All Oikos doors are supplied with a building site key to be used for the production checks and by the technical staff entrusted with the installation, as well as with the owner's keys, sealed inside a special box.

Opening Types

Arckey system

The Oikos Arckey App is the integrated access management system that allows the electronic opening directly from a smartphone. The opening of the door with remote button, the user management, and the control of access flows are just some of the functions allowed by the management through App. The Arckey App can be downloaded for free from the App Store (iOS) or from Google Play (Android).

Card Reader

The Arckey system foresees, as a complementary system to the door opening, the use of the Oikos Card to be placed directly next to the leaf.

Touchpad

The leaf opening can take place by entering a code on a touch screen support.

Fingerprint Reader

Opening the entrance can be done simply through fingerprint recognition. Integrated in the door and minimal in terms of aesthetics and functionality, the fingerprint reader does not require keys or magnetic cards but only the use of the finger.

Smartphone

Door opening via smartphone and manageable through the Oikos Tech App.

Heat barrier frame

The door with both classic and modern aesthetics realized with a heat barrier frame and leaf. Exponential increase in thermal.

In doors with glass fitting, in glass transom windows, in glass side panels combined with Oikos doors, only panes with double bullet-proof and sledgehammer-proof certification, with double-glazed frame and with double safety glass, are always used.

It is the ability to withstand break-in attempts measured by applying stresses with static and dynamic loads and simulating break-in attempts carried out with manual and electric tools such as a hammer, chisel, ax, shear, electric drill, etc. for a maximum test time duration of 30 minutes.

Floor closing element (or draught excluder)

Standard draught excluder

A floor device that, when the door is closed, correctly insulates a room from cold air draughts, smoke, dust and noise, contributes to greater living comfort and also guarantees savings in the energy needed for air conditioning. The draught excluder perfectly closes the gap between the leaf and the floor.

Mose Kit

The use of the Mose threshold is necessary when you want to obtain maximum performance and the installation site features a non-homogeneous floor.

Dam Kit

The ultimate solution in terms of invisible threshold performance! The Dam kit allows a high isolation from external agents totally eliminating architectural barriers. Solution installable only when there is a homogeneous plan.

Floor section with step flush with internal wall

The solution of the step flush with the wall is achieved through the pressure of a gasket under the door which, compressed on the step of the threshold of the house, allows excellent insulation from atmospheric agents.
