The architectural project, designed by Studio Tecnico Associato Michele Arch. Citron e Moreno Geom. Da Ros, defines a home where essential lines and natural materials shape bright, refined spaces created to blend ultimate comfort and beauty. The villa is conceived to enhance visual continuity between indoors and outdoors, highlighting the majestic structure and the bespoke quality of its construction details.
From a technical and structural standpoint, the main entrance features a Synua door with generous dimensions of 1300 x 2700 mm and a left-to-push opening mechanism. The model has been installed with a specialized internal and external flush-with-wall mounting, achieving a clean, seamless effect with the wall that elevates the building’s geometric purity. Both internal and external coverings are crafted from powder-coated steel in Noir Sablé finish, a material choice offering strong visual impact and high resistance to atmospheric agents. The opening is managed by a high-performance manual mechanical lock, combining traditional reliability with Oikos precision engineering.
