Direttrice e Orizzonte: Skydoors’ two faces
The Skydoors line consists of two different models.
The Direttrice model emphasizes the predominance of vertical strokes, which are typical of Skydoors and are obtained by reducing the space between the slats making up a door, adding movement and elegance to the overall design of coverings. With Skydoors Direttrice, as a result, a refined and rigorous line reaches for the sky.
With its horizontal strokes the Orizzonte model, on the other hand, allows breaking the verticality that marks out this whole line of coverings. It is the line between sky and earth that becomes the protagonist of the Skydoors Orizzonte model, a demarcation line that coincides with the earth’s horizon and divides all that lies on it from all that rises to the sky.
The Skydoors long handle and finishes
The new line of coverings Skydoors brings to life a kind of entrance architecture that is refined, yet full of technical elements that can enhance it, without diminishing in any way the utmost relevance of the door’s look and design.
For this line of coverings, Oikos has selected a long handle which becomes part of the entrance door’s design. It matches magnificently the vertical slats where the door opening accessories are housed which – with their integrated glass supports – manage to further enhance the hi-tech accessories.
