Safety inside the house thanks to the flush with wall solutions: Project is the first safety door for interiors being part of the concept of interior design in its broader meaning. A real piece of furnishing, offering versatile coplanar or flush with wall solutions, which is able to transform a common environment into a safe room or a panic room. All this still providing high break-in, acoustic insulation and fire resistance performance.

Non-invasive door

The Project door does not present visible aesthetic differences compared to a normal interior door; it manages to be discreet in its appearance but at the same time very safe.

Panic-room door

It is suitable to become a panic-room door; an elegant way to create a safe zone inside the house.

Adjustable concealed hinges

A unique hinge, absolutely invisible when the door is closed, allows the door to open 100°. These special hinges allow easily adjusting the height and plumbing of the door using an Allen wrench in the event of settling, even after many years.

Synua Wall System - The wall conveying to the environment the aesthetics of Oikos doors

The Synua Wall System exploits the perfect coplanarity of Oikos doors in order to create walls that share the same aesthetic concept. Consisting of modular sectors that can be covered with different materials, SWS creates spectacular wall systems. A wall-door that combines the scenic and aesthetic effect with safety, elegance, and protection.

The high acoustic insulation (36 dB in the standard version) makes it an ideal door to prevent the transmission of noise among the different rooms of a building.

Owner's keys

All Oikos doors are supplied with a building site key to be used for the production checks and by the technical staff entrusted with the installation, as well as with the owner's keys, sealed inside a special box.

Arckey system

The Oikos Arckey App is the integrated access management system that allows the electronic opening directly from a smartphone. The opening of the door with remote button, the user management, and the control of access flows are just some of the functions allowed by the management through App. The Arckey App can be downloaded for free from the App Store (iOS) or from Google Play (Android).

Card Reader

The Arckey system foresees, as a complementary system to the door opening, the use of the Oikos Card to be placed directly next to the leaf.

Touchpad

The leaf opening can take place by entering a code on a touch screen support.

Fingerprint Reader

Opening the entrance can be done simply through fingerprint recognition. Integrated in the door and minimal in terms of aesthetics and functionality, the fingerprint reader does not require keys or magnetic cards but only the use of the finger.
