Oikos Venezia inaugurates the “Tesa delle Galeazze”: the evolution of our Arsenal Spirit between artisan craftsmanship and industrial vision
On March 14, we experienced a moment of fundamental importance in our journey of growth and innovation: the inauguration of the Tesa delle Galeazze. The new space joins the Tesa del Favaro and the Tesa del Marangon, consolidating and expanding the concept of Arsenalità (Arsenal Spirit) — our distinct brand identity that, inspired by the organization of the ancient Arsenal of Venice, combines the precision of industrial manufacturing with the bespoke craftsmanship of handmade creations.
The grandeur of making: the production of large dimensions
The name we chose for this new facility directly recalls the historic galeasses of the Venetian Republic (Serenissima), imposing vessels that required ample space and extraordinary construction expertise. In the same way, we have dedicated this Tesa to the production of our oversized doors: true design challenges that demand the perfect convergence of extreme artisan care and cutting-edge precision. Every entrance architecture that takes shape in this space is born as a solid, timeless work, designed to bestow character and identity upon living spaces.
A valuable space for our people: light, conviviality, and training
Beyond the production dimension, we designed the Tesa delle Galeazze as an open place, meant to be experienced every day. The facility houses our new company restaurant: an exceptionally bright environment, embraced by large glass windows and featured by a completely renewed dining service, focused on freshness and attention to detail to offer us a high-quality pause. Equipped with a projector and dedicated technology, the space is also designed to effortlessly transform into a meeting point for presentations, shared moments, and technical updates.
Our inaugural day
It was a day marked by moments of profound sharing with our local community and whole team. The ceremony opened with Holy Mass celebrated by Monsignor Giuseppe Pellegrini, Bishop of the Diocese of Concordia-Pordenone, and continued with the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony in the presence of the Mayor of Gruaro, Giacomo Gasparotto. We then gathered for a celebratory toast in the spaces of our Oikos Atelier.
With the opening of the Tesa delle Galeazze, we continue to proudly cultivate our roots in the region, bringing the value of our entrance architectures to the world with ever-increasing passion.
