Immersed in a wooded landscape, Villa Calliope unfolds through horizontal volumes that alternate stone, wood, and transparency, creating a continuous dialogue with the surrounding nature. Large glazed surfaces amplify visual permeability and bring light into every space.
The interiors connect fluidly across levels. The main entrance with the Synua pivoting safety door shapes a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. The Synua door boasts a high technological component, combining smart home security features, avant-garde materials, and pure aesthetics.
The entrance (1583 x 2463 mm, pushing to the left) is mounted flush within the aluminium glass façade. It boasts Laminam Black Oxide on the outside and polished Laminam Sahara Noir Extra (Cosmo sector) on the inside, fully equipped with an innovative Arckey motorized electronic lock and remote control.
