It is the most coveted seaside district in Dubai, often described as “Dubai’s answer to Bondi or Malibu”, Jumeirah becomes more glamorous every day, thanks to the opening of a series of new beach clubs, luxury resorts, seaside restaurants and eccentric commercial complexes. However, the area retains its classic charm intact, making it one of the city’s most family-friendly neighborhoods. Behind the high walls covered with bougainvillea stands this luxurious villa that leaves only to the imagination and the privacy of its inhabitants its invaluable beauty but that the prestigious entrance architecture designed ad hoc foreshadows. The Synua pivot entrance door was chosen to access the interior of the house, positioned in a boiserie that makes it almost invisible and mounted in the double leaf solution for the large dimensions that the entrance gap had to close: 2880 x 3935 mm. Embellished with the Skydoors coating, an aluminum solution that plays with lines, signs and heights in a single vertical composition, Synua is proposed here in the oxidized finish, Gray Yellow color.
Synua in the double leaf version meets the maximum dimensional needs for imposing entrance architectures in scope and solemn in style. With the Wall System instead, the perfect coplanarity of the door is exploited to create walls that share the same aesthetic conception.
