This exclusive residential complex is located on the top of Beacon Hill (Hong Kong) and offers panoramic views of the harbor and of Kowloon East. Provided with huge spaces it constitutes a rarity for the city of Hong Kong.
Mont Verra is an exclusive district spread over 21,849 sqmt overlooking the Kowloon Peninsula on one side and the famous and iconic Hong Kong skyline on the other. Surrounded by lush vegetation, it consists of five residential towers, three exclusive villas and huge gardens. The architecture firm DLN Architects Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong, strongly desired the installation of Tekno double-leaf doors covered with Cast Iron Laminam, which the client customized by choosing the long handle.
For this project, 22 double-leaf Tekno doors were installed to ensure that the product strengths, the concealed hinges and its coplanarity, would allow the architects ideas to be expressed to the fullest and make the entrance to the residences a true element of décor.
