COOKIE POLICY

This website, for better functioning and to ensure services provided by third parties, uses Cookies issued by the OWNER or third parties. You can proceed with the installation of cookies by the cookie banner, or by clicking on the ‘Learn more and customise’ button. Anyway, please remember that by clicking on the ‘X’ at the top right of the cookie banner or on the ‘Accept only necessary cookies’ button you will continue browsing the site with only cookies of a technical nature.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by users send to the devices used for consultation (computers, smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, etc.) to be stored and then retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit.
Cookies make it easier and faster for users to access websites, as they store certain information about them that no longer needs to be retrieved and processed by devices after the first access. Cookies also simplify the use of some web services: in fact, they can, for example, be used to keep track of items in an online shopping cart or the information used to fill out a computer form.
COOKIES ISSUED BY THE HOLDER
The cookies issued by the OWNER by navigating on this website are "technical" and are those used for the sole purpose of "carrying out the transmission of a communication on an electronic communication network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service" (see Art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code). They are not used for any further purposes, and are installed with normal navigation on our pages. They can be subdivided into navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing a purchase to be made or authentication to access reserved areas); functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (e.g. language, products selected for purchase, etc.) in order to improve the service rendered to the same. The installation of such cookies does not require the prior consent of users, while the obligation to provide this information remains in place.
THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
In the course of browsing the site, the user may also receive on his terminal equipment cookies from different suppliers (so-called 'third-party' cookies); this happens because on the website visited there may be elements residing on servers other than the one on which the requested page is located. For these types of cookies, the user's consent provided through the cookie wall is required.

Within the site there are particular ‘buttons’ depicting the icons of social networks (e.g. Facebook) that allow users who are browsing to interact with a ‘click’ directly with social networks. Specifically, these links refer to the Controller’s accounts on the social networks depicted.

Social buttons allow the social network to which the icon refers to acquire data on the visit. Third-party cookies, possibly also profiling cookies, are therefore installed through the use of such buttons. However, this site does not share any browsing information or user data, acquired through navigation, with the aforementioned social networks.
